This is what happens once we have the order:

  1. We prepare the order for delivery and set the status "ready for delivery" or "ready for pickup"

  2. Once it is ready, we contact recipient using contact information provided by customer. Normally we use WhatsApp messenger to reach recipient, but we also can make a phone call. If recipient has several phone numbers, we kindly ask you to provide us as many of them as possible.

    Please note: Since delivery is a paid service, it is important to contact the recipient before we begin delivery. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery, the order may be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.

  3. The courier delivers the order. and set the status "delivered".

We do not deliver without missing information.

To carry out delivery we need contact information, namely:

  • recipient's first and last name
  • recipient's contact phone number
  • correct delivery address
  • delivery date and time period

If the recipient is not at the delivery address, we can deliver only after agreeing on payment for additional delivery by the customer. We can also transfer the order to another person agreed with the customer.

The customer can change the recipient's details no later than 2 hours before delivery is suppose to start. To make changes, contact us via WhatsApp
