Produced in the Vinho Verde region, specifically the Baião sub-region, by Quinta de Santa Teresa. Composed by estate owned Avesso and Arinto, two autochthonous varieties in the region the grapes are pressed after selection and ferment with controlled temperature. The blend is then defined bringing together different stainless steel vats with the goal of producing a fruit-forward and fresh wine with enough body and complexity to be enjoyed at the table. On the aroma it shows notes of white and stone fruit, slightly tropical. On the palate it is medium bodied, with mild acidity coming along with minerality and fruity notes.
